I have experienced many different types of situations throughout my life. I used to say, “I could never do that.” However, I learned it is easy to say that when you are not facing the situation yourself. I have many friends who are in serious relationships, engaged, divorced, married and have children. I have seen what they have gone through in their lives. I am very level-headed. It is easy for me to take a step back and look at a situation from the outside to assess it. I have some friends tell me I should be a therapist. I am not an expert on life, but I have learned a lot along my journey. I am willing to offer my advice to help anyone out. The great part about advice is you can listen to it, but you do not have to take it.
The passion of this topic has led me to what I want my graduate degree in as my future career. I will hopefully be starting the Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling program in the fall of 2017. My concentration would be in Marriage and Family Therapy, relationships and sex.
